There is no better use of your time! This massage improves muscle tone, increases mobility, and relieves tention in the muscles, tendons and ligaments. It will also allow you to relax and relieve stress that is weighing you down. Your session will include an array of modalities including, but not limited to: deep tissue, myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy, trigger point therapy, SMRT, acupressure and/or cupping.
